2nd Duel [Audio]
[Hawke is no stranger to spiders, big or small. In fact more than once he's killed spiders that were bigger than a horse, so there's little these spiders can do to bother him.
What is bothering him though is the sudden numbness that's spreading through his body. At first he just thought his arm was asleep. Then it spread to his other arm, and of that his legs. Before he knew it, he couldn't feel anything at all.
Needless to say he's a tad worried. Oh where's Anders when you need him?]
Please tell me we have a healer. I think I may be in trouble.
[He doesn't sound like he's joking this time.]

Hawke? What's happened?
[She's not even going to try and keep the concern out of her voice.]

Third floor of the barracks. Help would be nice.
[Audio]
[Hell, she's sprinting. He's only around the corner from her room but paralysis does not sound like a good thing at all. If Hawke dies, she'll be without a friend. Again.]

[Audio]
Hawke!?
[She's just around the corner. Holler back, Hawke! She's right there! Her elbow bumps the wall and with it, a shock spider. The jolt is enough to make her yelp with pain.]
Fa'rec!
[Audio]
[Audio]
It bit me. The... thing bit me.
[She can feel static rushing through her body, but Hawke is the priority now. Vie drops to his side.]
Garrett? You okay?
[Yeah, really smart question, Vie. :|b]

[Spiders. Oh God. SPIDERS.]
I'll be right there! Don't move!

[Wait, how come he can't smell anything?]

[omgomgomg spiders. There's a few screams on the way as she moves.</>]

[Oh Hawke can hear it now. The great Champion of Kirkwall, famous adventurer and savior of the city, done in by a spider no bigger than his thumb.]

Okay. Okay. I can do this. I can totally do this.
[Sliiiiiding down the wall once on the third floor, holding her hair, she finally just.
Starts sprinting and shouting.]
GARRETT! GARRETT WHERE ARE YOU.
[Smacking spiders with a frying pan can be therapeutic.]

[Hawke remains sitting by a wall literally twiddling his thumbs as he does his best not to look incredibly worried about his sudden loss of touch and smell.]

Telling me where you are may speed the healing process along.
[audio]
[Brb fighting imaginary rancid cheese.]
[audio]
If it's not doing either of those, you may as well give your location.
[audio]
[audio]
I assume you don't want to be healed, then.

Third floor of the barracks.
[audio]
[It's a trek and a half, even with the advantage of traveling from her cell on the first floor instead of, for instance, across the whole castle. She manages the walk without being bitten by virtue of summoning a paper-thin layer of wind around her person. Hard to bite something so slippery.
Those are honest-to-God footsteps Hawke hears, not more skittering of insect legs!]
