1st Duel [Audio]
[On his quest to find out just where the hell he is, Hawke stumbles upon the library. It's a rather fortunate find in his opinion. A book would do wonders to help with his boredom, at least for a little while. Not to mention this is the perfect place to find information about his temporary place of residence.
Unfortunately, after about an hour of searching Hawke hasn't found anything. There's not even something here worth reading. What kind of library doesn't have Hard in Hightown? At this point Hawke would even take one of Isabela's books.]
The library here is a bit...lacking. Unless you need over a hundred ways to cook corn. Then you've hit the jackpot.

[Couldn't hurt to ask.]

[Is he teasing? Is he serious? Who can tell?]
There is, however, a map. [He gives Hawke some very, very detailed instructions about where it is. Go go go, Hawke!
However, when Hawke finds it, he'll learn that it's extremely rudimentary. It gives a general overview of the layout, but there are almost no notes and there is a severe lack of detail.
It's signed with Tom Harris.]

[Hawke follows the directions and sure enough he comes across the map. There's a bit of disappointment when he finds it. He's hoping for something for a little less basic.]
This will be a help...sort of.
[He'll just have to fill it in himself.]
Who's Tom Harris?

You are welcome to copy or add to it as you see fit, so long as you do not destroy the original copy.

I'll care for it like a newborn babe.

[Hawke can understand people not knowing Kirkwall, or Ferelden, or even Thedas, but corn? It's corn! Who doesn't know that!? Even a dwarf would know what corn is!]

I'm not.

[PING! He has her full attention. Hawke might be able to pick up on the eagerness in her voice.]
Where? I don't care how bad it is.

It's across the field behind the barracks.

[Not that it's stopped her from breaking in from time to time.]
I'll take what I can get. Thanks.
[She sounds pretty darn pleased.]

I'm sure by week's end you'll know every use for corn there is.

And here's one on the ways to properly clean your boots. Just what I always wanted.

[Hawke looks around some more.]
Here's one about the health benefits or plums.
